College Overview

The College is a not-for-profit organisation and delivers its training through its Registered Training Organisation and Senior Secondary Independent School. The campus is located on a magnificent site at Scarborough, featuring industry-standard trade facilities in Commercial Cookery, Building and Construction, Automotive, Metal and Engineering, Electrotechnology and Beauty Therapy.

Dedicated to the continuing development of Vocational Education and Training (VET) students and the wider community, the College prides itself on innovation and aims to address the declining skilled labour force with methods that assist the industry.

Working closely with businesses and employers to ensure their specific needs can be met with the programs on offer, industry-current trainers and academic staff deliver over 63 accredited training courses, ranging from Certificate 1 to Advanced Diploma level.

The College focuses on five areas of service:

  • Apprentice Training - technical and trade training for full and part time apprentices
  • Training Courses – delivery of over 62 accredited courses from Cert I to Advanced Diplomas
  • Employers - assisting industry to skill the workforce of tomorrow
  • School Program – full time senior secondary students study for their QCE and start their Cert III in a trade
  • International – students can study in Australia OR in their own country with one of our overseas partners
