VET Coordinators, Teachers and Trainers have the opportunity to take part in One-Day Professional Development Workshops to help assist in their evolving roles in education.  The College is offering two programs specific to the environment some educators face.

Help – I’m Teaching Career Studies!

Teachers are often called upon to teach career studies or similar topics in which they have little or no experience. QSA is developing a Career Development Course for implementation in 2010. Learn from an expert who has implemented the Career and Transitions Program, the Jobs Pathway Program and teaches the Accredited Certificate IV in Career Development. This workshop will give you insight into Career Development and provide you with practical tools and activities that you can use in your teaching. Statements of Attendance will be issued for your Professional Development Portfolio.
