Diploma of Information Technology

Program Details

This course is being offered to two specific groups and therefore has different requirements and completion methods for each. The General Entry is available for all candidates who wish to complete the qualification for personal development or for their current employment. Teacher Entry is offered to registered teachers where they can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and complete the course in shorter time.

Entry Requirements

Successful completion of Year 12 in Australia or equivalent, with a sound competency in Mathematics and English; OR any Certificate III; OR substantial Vocational experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles.

Prerequisite Subjects

The following units contain the basic fundamentals of ICT knowledge and skills for all qualifications at Certificate III in IT and above.

If these entry level prerequisites need recognition they can be demonstrated in the first week of the course commencement or by prior arrangement.
