Prime Minister's 2010 Vocational Prizes awarded
The Minister for School Education, the Hon Peter Garrett MP, has announced the winners of the 2010 Australian Vocational Student Prize and Prime Minister’s award for Skills Excellence in School.
The College has a growing reputation of excellence as a private provider of Trades and Technical training in Australia. In 2010, the College was named FINALIST in "Registered Training Organisation of the Year" category at the Manufacturing Skills Queensland Annual Awards.
Our credentials enable us to deliver. Our industry-current trainers have the experience and the capacity to provide the quality training that employers are seeking to ensure their apprentices develop the skills and knowledge they require to help them grow their business.
The College currently provides off-the-job training for over 300 full and part time apprentices (already placed with employers). The majority of the training is delivered at the main campus located at Scarborough in industry-standard facilities where classrooms and modern workshops are equipped to service training for a number of industries.

The announcement of the Australian Defence Technical Scholarships has seen the ATCNB take out 35 scholarships, an increase of 20 on last year.
