Brief Description:The Certificate II in Business is run in accordance with the nationally recognised Business Services Training Package. Therefore qualifications gained are recognised throughout Australia and will account as “Recognition for Prior Learning” for further tertiary studies in related business areas. The content is designed to cover business activities in all industry sectors and within all types of organisations. Business competencies are closely aligned with the Employability Skills defined by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations as competency standards that accurately reflect industry requirements. Business skills enable us to take advantage of opportunities as they come, and also enable us to thrive on them. During the Certificate II course, we explore the business environment and develop skills to enable us to interact and communicate within the workplace.
